AUROS Activity Index methodology
Transparent criteria for the energy-vertical MVP. Issuers and users should be able to see why a score moved — this is not a black box.
AUROS Activity Index measures indicative activity signals (transfers, depth, dispersion, optional spread, trend). It is not investment advice, not a credit rating, and not a statement that a dormant asset is “risky” — lock-ups and design can legitimately suppress transfers.
Dimensions
- Transfer frequency (weight 0.28) — 7 / 30 / 90 day transfer counts.
- Market depth (weight 0.22) — 30d volume vs float.
- Holder dispersion (weight 0.22) — active wallets vs top-holder concentration.
- Bid-ask spread (weight 0.13) — skipped when no secondary book (null is not zero).
- Temporal trend (weight 0.15) — vs prior edition; skipped on first edition.
Global score = weight-normalized mean of available dimensions only.
Badges
- Active — global ≥ 70
- Low activity — 40–69
- Dormant — global < 40
Anti-manipulation (roadmap)
Wash / Sybil flags are reserved in the schema (circular transfers, repeated same amounts, low unique counterparties). Seed editions do not claim live detection. When live feeds land, dispersion and pattern checks are required before “Verified Active” claims.
Data quality
MVP editions are labeled seed_indicative. Do not cite them as audited on-chain truth. Daily cron writes editions so trend and badge-change alerts can activate once two consecutive snapshots exist.
